As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be in a highly visible position that will have a significant impact on the performance and profitability of the business. You will support hourly team members and salaried/ hourly management/supervisory individuals encompassing a diverse range of disciplines. This role requires expertise in a broad range of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation health and safety, training and development, and employee/labor relations. This position will also assist the President/CEO as needed.
