- Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Three years' work experience as a human resources professional with a focus on recruitment and staff retention
- Demonstrated familiarity with applicant tracking systems/HRIS, job boards and social media
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-Certified Professional (CP) preferred
- Proficient in use the use of all MS Office applications, and experience working with an HRIS (UKG/Kronos) and other web-based solutions
