The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) functions as a member of the executive leadership team, and is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent, organizational and performance management, as well as compensation, benefits, employee relations, and change management. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, stakeholders, the community, and the board of directors.
All members of our team are expected to provide support and services in accordance with the Nine Guiding Principles for Recovery Oriented Adult Behavioral Health Services and Systems and practice in a manner that is consistently mindful of the 12 Principles of The Arizona Vision for Children.
