Southern Team Automall, Virginias' #1 Volume New Car Dealer is seeking motivated, energetic individuals that are able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately.
Southern Team Automall in Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking a full-time, experienced Custodian for general cleaning of our buildings. Competitive pay based on experience. The shift for this position is Monday - Friday 6 AM to 3 PM (with occasional weekend duties). Must be at least 20 years old and have a valid driver's license with clean driving record with no DUI or reckless driving.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibilities include performing standard janitorial duties including dusting, detailing, vacuuming, sanitizing, waxing, buffing and stripping floors, clean restrooms, common areas, and windows.
- Ensures cleanliness of all parts of the building, including the mechanic bays and shop, along with regular sanitizing of work areas.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must be motivated, efficient, proactive, dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license, dependable transportation

- Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 20 years old.
