```Job Summary:```
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and customers.
```Duties:```
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness of all areas
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Monday-Friday is from 530pm-930pm
Saturday-Sunday 2pm-6pm
Must have a clean background. Meaning no misdemeanors or felonies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Roanoke, VA 24019: Relocate before starting work (Required)
