Job Description
Position Overview
We are accepting applications for Customer Care Representative openings, which is a phone-based customer service position.
How You'd Spend Your Day:
- Clearly and accurately assisting customers by taking inbound calls on a dialer system.
- Researching, resolving, and documenting issues.
- Preparing professional and accurate written correspondence as needed.
- Accurately and quickly computing payoffs, extension fees, rewrites, quotes, etc.

Job Requirements
About You:
- Assertive, clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Competency with PC and 10 key and ability to function/toggle between computer screens and systems (2 screens).
- Knowledge of retail and lease auto finance helpful.
- Ability to function productively in a high-volume environment.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
