Southeast Christian Church is Hiring a People Development Integrator Near Louisville, KY

People Development Integrator

As an Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Executive Pastor (XP) of Staff Development, the Visionary, and the rest of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of the XP’s vision, strategies, and goals by translating them into actionable plans and processes. You will work closely with the XP to understand their vision and then collaborate with department heads and team members to implement it effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the XP to understand their long-term vision, goals, and strategies in each of his areas of responsibility.
  2. Develop and implement operational plans and processes to support the XP’s vision and goals.
  3. Act as a liaison between the XP and the rest of the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  4. Drive cross-functional collaboration and integration to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Lead and manage the execution of key initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  6. Develop, Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  8. Serve as a strategic advisor to the XP, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive growth.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into action.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  5. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  6. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex challenges with resilience and adaptability.
  7. Demonstrated ability to drive results and lead teams to success in a high-pressure environment.
  8. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and personal development.
  9. An engaged member of Southeast Christian Church.
