Working within SEARHC's Project Management Office, the Project Manager provides support for projects of differing complexity undertaken by the executive leadership team. Project needs are diverse and encompass areas such as facility and service growth, strategic business affiliations, and improvements supporting best practices in hospital and ambulatory care. The Project Manager is a key SEARHC liaison, with multiple internal collaborators and external partners. This is a highly complex position that requires balancing project demands with stakeholder needs, along with extensive communication, coordination and collaboration over a large, geographically dispersed service area. Project development and project management activities at both the local and division level include initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, status reporting and close-out of projects. Regional travel may be required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a results-driven work environment, excellent communication skills, navigation of a multi-layered reporting structure, and familiarity or experience with healthcare operations and support.
Salary Range: $44.78-$62.49 - Depends on Experience
