South Texas Bone and Joint is Hiring a Call Center Representative/Customer Service Near Corpus Christi, TX
Overview:
South Texas Bone & Joint is seeking to add Call Center Representatives to our awesome team. Individuals should be able to multi-task and be familiar with essential call center duties of a medical office while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide direct assistance, take messages or direct calls to the appropriate party
- Analyze patient needs and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Communicate effectively with patients to address inquiries or concerns
- Confirm/ Change/ Re-schedule appointments and update patient information
- Collect payments and assist with any referral needs
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry and call center skills in a health care industry
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions while maintaining confidentiality of personal information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in English is required
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
