Title: Program Coordinator 1

Location: REMOTE - Corpus Christi, McAllen, and San Antonio TX

Duration: 6 months contract

Target Start Date (based on successful onboarding completion): 06/05/2024

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - 40 HRS/week

Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this role and a description of the project:

• Individuals will be contacting member telephonically – like working in a call center – making outbound calls and receiving inbound call

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

• Individuals are expected to Contact minimum of 28 members daily maintain an audit score of 95% monthly

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

• 2 years of Fast-Paced Call Center & Medicaid Experience in a Healthcare/Managed Care setting
• Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish & English
• Strong Typing Skills, Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), and Multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
