Position Description: The retail associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products while maintaining a neat and organized store environment.

Education:

High School Diploma or pursuit of (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications: Must be of Christian faith.

Tasks:

• Smile and warmly greet all customers and guests.
• Assist customers as needed.
• Maintain all areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Receive donations.
• Sort items and organize for display.
• Organize, clean, and maintain floor displays.
• Check that all electrical items are in working order.
• Minister to and provide encouragement and prayer to guests as opportunities arise.
• May be required to use cash register and credit card equipment to process customer transactions.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Physical and Other Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation. This position is required to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Must be able to pass the pre-employment physical, drug test and background check based on the job description.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
