This is a part to full-time on-site role located in Concord, NH for a Customer Service Specialist at Sour Joe's Pizzeria. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for patrons. Duties include greeting and seating customers, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and processing payments. Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
