Sonata Senior Living is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Palm, FL
- Works with the Community Relations Director to meet and/or exceed the community’s monthly budgeted census and activity standards.
- Assists with all aspects of the community Marketing and Sales plan and programs including touring prospective residents and families, taking inquiries, lead follow-up, facilitating events, move-in coordination and competitive analysis
- Participates in marketing discussions and provides input on the development of all sales and marketing related activities, advertising, and strategies to improve overall sales objectives.
- Accurately and consistently utilizes lead management system and other software programs to maintain scheduled follow up, move-in of new residents, create flyers and completion of quarterly competitive analysis report.
- Develops an excellent understanding of the senior living industry and the community’s products and services. Becomes a community expert/resource in company’s services.
- Responsible for monitoring the first impressions of the discover and model room and helping foster a sales and customer service-oriented culture throughout the community.
- Works with the Community Relations Director with all aspects of the move-in coordination, including putting move-in packets together, tracking move-in documents, calling families to confirm contract signing and greeting and orienting new residents to the community.
- Accurately completes all required reports as defined by the VP of Sales and Marketing and Executive Director.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
