Job Description:
Triton Roofing and Restoration is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients for our roofing and restoration services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential customers in the residential and commercial sectors to generate new business opportunities.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs and provide accurate estimates and proposals.
3. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring regular communication and follow-up.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position Triton Roofing and Restoration as a leader in the market.
6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and generate leads.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in roofing sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
2. In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure new business.
5. Self-motivated and driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer information, and generate reports.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer locations and job sites.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or roofing-related fields are a plus.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
