We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control. The Site Superintendent will be in charge of supervising the work, ensuring that safety protocols are followed, and managing the project timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing/construction management and a proven track record of successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate roofing activities at the site.
- Willingness to travel
- Climbing on roofs
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Inspect materials and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain records of roofing progress and costs.
- Monitor progress of the project to ensure it is completed on time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
