```Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders. This is a full-time hybrid role based in SolMicroGrid's midtown New York Office.

```Responsibilities``` - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts - Manage the month-end and year-end close processes - Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting requirements - Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships - Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and risk mitigation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making - Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Strong knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms - Experience in corporate accounting and financial report writing - Familiarity with budgeting processes and variance analysis compliance requirements - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for finance and a desire to contribute to the success of our organization, we encourage you to apply for this position.
