We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to support our Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Controller will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of our company on a global scale, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the CFO for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate finance team in Manila to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across all locations.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Provide guidance and support to finance staff on best practices and procedures for financial management.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
