[solidcore] is looking for a People Business Partner to join our team. The People Business Partner will be responsible for operational and strategic partnering with business leaders and teams across all [solidcore] studios. Our ideal People Business Partner will use experience and intuition to drive and support the end-to-end employee life cycle in all aspects of HR such as benefits, compensation, internal communications, training and project management for People initiatives. Success in this role looks like making an immediate impact through your expertise in organizational design, talent management strategy, and leadership coaching, all while acting as a steward of Solidcore’s culture. This person will work closely with our regional leaders and Talent Acquisition teams to enable the business to achieve its ambitious mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as counselor to employees and management regarding company policies, employee performance, culture/work environment and other issues; resolve conflicts effectively while minimizing risk
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
• Collaborate with other People Team members to lead and execute processes that allow for seamless People programs, employee development, and candidate experience
• Remain current on HR practices along with applicable federal and local legislation and regulations and ensure compliance across your employee groups
• Mentor managers on employee development best practices
• Responsible for administering performance management program
• Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
• Assist with payroll, employee benefits and FMLA inquiries
• Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
• Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
• Offer expert HR guidance to managers and individuals in areas including talent management, development, and retention; career planning; succession planning; employee relations, organizational design and effectiveness, total rewards, staffing/headcount planning and more
• Travel as needed to offer on the ground support to our field teams.
• Promote and lead [solidcore]’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices

• PHR, SPHR or other HR certification preferred
• 5 years of HR experience
• Experience with hiring/managing part time hourly employees
• Demonstrated ability with training and development programs
• Adept with performance management and investigations
• Proficiency with employee relations and EEO
• Skilled in employee benefits administration

• Competitive salary range: $75,000-90,000 per year
