[solidcore] is looking for a People Business Partner to join our team. Our ideal team member is empathetic, strategic, mission driven, puts people first and fosters a safe, welcoming and FUN work environment. The People Business Partner will be responsible for operational and strategic partnering with business leaders and teams across all [solidcore] studios. Our ideal People Business Partner will use experience and intuition to drive and support the end-to-end employee life cycle in all aspects of HR such as benefits, compensation, internal communications, training and project management for People initiatives. Success in this role looks like making an immediate impact through your expertise in organizational design, talent management strategy, and leadership coaching, all while acting as a steward of Solidcore’s culture. This person will work closely with our regional leaders and Talent Acquisition teams to enable the business to achieve its ambitious mission and vision.
Located in vibrant Washington DC and reporting to the Director of People, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.
