Position Overview
Solich Piano Columbus-Easton is hiring Administrative Sales Enablement Specialists to join the Solich Piano Columbus-Easton team to support our piano retail processes. You will perform various sales and administrative tasks to assist our store operations and work in our Easton showroom to contribute to a first-class experience for all our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will perform meaningful, fast-paced work in customer service, reception, intermediate piano demos, vendor relations, and data entry, as well as general showroom maintenance. You will facilitate clients through the transaction process by processing electronic invoices, scheduling deliveries, and collecting various types of payments. You will communicate confidently and clearly via phone, email, and in-person interaction, while thoroughly documenting and reporting to our leadership team at our corporate headquarters.
You will coordinate with fellow Solich Piano staff and the executive team to ensure that our stores and logistics run smoothly. Candidates will succeed in this growth position by being comfortable playing and showing pianos, and by demonstrating business sense and familiarity with IOS and Microsoft Windows operating systems and various computer technology, web marketing, and social media platforms.
