Its an exciting time to join our Ft. Lauderdale-based Talent Acquisition team at Moss during the busy campus event season! Moss hires hundreds of Interns annually and is focused on an exceptional experience for each student. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinating 15-20 campus events, ensuring materials are boxed and shipped to each school prior to the event; receiving materials back from the eventProviding detailed reports of candidate attendees to Hiring Managers and other ad-hoc reports as requested from ATSResponsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communications with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidatesEnsure all scheduling activities are accurately tracked in the ATSCreation, review, and sending of offer letters to candidatesEnsure a high-touch, positive and responsive experience to all candidates, hiring managers, school contacts, and other related stakeholdersMaintains meticulous tracking of each candidates progress, and escalates issuesProviding proactive updates regarding status of onboarding to Hiring Managers and candidates, throughout the processPrioritizing all requests and projects, and working independently to resolve and/or connecting with the appropriate supportMaintaining confidentiality of HR and personnel-related dataPerform other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills and business acumenExperience in HR/staffing/Talent Acquisition industry or similar HR role is preferredExperience in a customer-facing roleStrong attention to detail and ability to track progress of each requestMS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency; experience with Workday a plusAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and work independentlyJOB TITLE: TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR - COLLEGE RECRUITING JOB LOCATION: FORT LAUDERDALE, FL CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME EXEMPT SALARIED REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION Moss is an equal opportunity employer.
