Solar Specialists is Hiring an Outside Sales Manager Near Freehold, NJ
Job Overview:
Solar Installer seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Manager to join our team in NJ/PA. The ideal candidate would build a team (or preferably bring one already in place) to canvass, set appointments, educate homeowners and business owners about the benefits of renewable energy and the many incentives in place. Applicants that reside in NJ or PA ONLY please
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build, lead, motivate and maintain a strong outside team of sales pros
- Develop and implement sales strategic sales plans to expand the market
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet customer needs
- Conduct sales presentations with high ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management, preferably in outside sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the solar industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently with proven track record in door to door sales
- Ethics and Integrity a MUST

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
