INTERNSHIP SUMMARY

SoLa Impact is in search of a highly dedicated HR & Recruiting Intern to join the high-achieving team at SoLa. In this internship role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day tasks of SoLa Impact's Human Resources and Recruiting Department, gaining valuable insights into the fundamental aspects of HR practices and talent acquisition.

• Duration: Monday, May 20th - Friday, August 23rd, 2024
• Location: The Beehive 961 E. 61st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001
• Compensation: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: 9:30am-3:30pm
• Flexible hours available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Collaborate with the HR and Recruiting team in the implementation of talent acquisition strategies
• Assist in conducting research on best HR practices, recruitment trends, and employment regulations
• Support the preparation of reports and documentation related to HR and recruiting activities
• Maintain and update key performance indicators for HR and recruiting metrics
• Attend meetings and participate in discussions about HR policies, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning
• Assist with resume screening, candidate interviews, and the onboarding process
• Aid in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate HR-related events and programs
