Location: This position will be located in our headquarters in Plano, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area).

Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Regional Sales Director in support of our Sol-Ark Sales team.
  • Support Regional Sales Manager in the management of key account portfolio and acquisition of new installers.
  • Understand the solutions portfolio and installer business proposition, identify key decision makers within each account and actively work toward becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Develop existing accounts and work as a central contact for all customer matters.
  • Assess a partner’s business and jointly developing successful strategies to incorporate and sell Sol-Ark products.
  • Continuously identify, profile and qualify new and existing Sol-Ark Installers, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Effectively prospect for and qualify new project opportunities and guide every qualified opportunity from project identification to successful system activation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Willingness to attend sales boot camp and to learn the products and the region.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with distributors and installers.
  • Technical acumen demonstrated through completion of technical education, training or relevant experience.
  • Willing to learn how to use data to measure success.
  • Track record of demonstrating a high level of initiative.
  • History of working well in a cross functional team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, with its fast pace, shifting priorities and fluid nature.
