The role of the Revenue Analyst is to maintain and enhance automation of the sales and revenue management databases in order to maximize productivity and record/ analyze results. Accurately generate and process reports for management review. You are a multi-tasker and able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team.

What you will be doing:

• Actively participate as a revenue ambassador in developing and monitoring sales & pricing strategies
• Produce weekly forecasts for trend analysis and decision support
• Ensure relevant revenue issues and investigated and analyzed and identify potential new opportunities to improve revenue management
• Monitor demand patterns and adjust inventory levels to optimize revenue and occupancy
• Assist with checking and compiling competitor strategy on a regular basis, reviewing pricing and their availability

• Previous experience in a similar role with a luxury property
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
• Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
