Job Description: Location: Remote

- Will have interaction with external stakeholders, will need to be able to develop relationships and negotiate with those stakeholders.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years experience of data entry
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
The right candidate would be someone that has strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail. This is not a direct marketing role, rather than someone will assist with more of the behind the scenes operational pieces of it. This position will really allow someone to see the marketing division from the bottom up.

The Role:
This role sits with in the Group Benefits Marketing department.
The successful candidate will help drive *** US Group Benefits customer communications. He or She will be responsible for working with product teams, legal and state filing contacts to ensure all assets do not expire. The Marketing Associate, Customer Solutions Marketing will play an essential part to meet the needs of the business.
