Location: Oklahoma City, Shawnee
Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in Field Offices play a vital role delivering Social Security benefits and services to the public, both in-person and over the phone. As a CSR, you would be responsible for providing the public with information about SSA’s programs and services, reviewing and evaluating information to determine eligibility for the benefits SSA administers, and updating records using SSA’s computer systems.
