Bookkeeper - Real Estate Property Management.

Using QuickBooks and Excel.

Fast-paced Real Estate Development and Property Management firm seeking a bookkeeper to join our accounting team.

**Advanced QuickBooks needed. Handle all tasks of general bookkeeping for multiple companies/properties including entering invoices, generating reports, filing, doing bank reconciliations, advanced journal entries and understanding of chart of accounts, all aspects of A/P and A/R.

Excel expert: create spreadsheets with basic formulas.

AIA construction billing a plus.

Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills with attention to detail a must.

Experience in Real Easte Development, Construction, or Real Estate Management preferred.

Bookkeeping: 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
