Assignment Duration: 24 weeks with extension possible

Shifts: 12-hour shifts (6:30am-7pm, 6:30pm-7am); days will vary. OT is not guaranteed but dependent on the facility's availability. (No Block Scheduling)

Facility Details: This is a 516-bed psychiatric forensics hospital dedicated to providing exceptional inpatient behavioral health services for adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients. The services provided include evaluation and treatment for patients who are severely mentally ill. The goal of this facility is to return patients to their optimal level of functioning and assist them in returning to the community as appropriate. Your expertise is not just valued; it's poised to make a significant impact in this dynamic environment.

RN Job Description: You will be considered a floater, focusing on the forensic unit. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from direct patient care to family involvement, case management, crisis intervention, and even handling emergency situations. Please note, you will be assigned to Charge RN as well.

Dress Code: Unit dress code – casual wear, or scrubs (no white scrubs)

No facial piercings or nails > ¼” long. (Full dress code is given at orientation)
