SnapCare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in post-acute care to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum one year of recent post-acute care experience.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles related to post-acute care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a post-acute care facility, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, document medical history, and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor vital signs for patient safety and comfort.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling tests, consultations, and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with other registered nurses, physicians, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety guidelines.

4 weeks- 36 hours Guaranteed

Local Pay: $48/ hr
Weekly pay: $1728

Travel Pay: $25/hr $950 stipend
Weekly Pay: $1850
Shifts: Days and Night ( 12 Hour shifts)

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
