Smith Transportation Services, Inc is Hiring an Outside Sales Executive Near Miami, FL

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales. If you have transportation sales experience and want to sell something

Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers in the designated market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

-Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory and in transportation
- Strong ability to market and sell products or services
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
