The Maintenance/ Operations Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department and the Operations team.
Maintenance Job duties include coordinating with the Facilities Maintenance Manager on the completion of store location work orders, organizing invoices for work completed, reviewing incoming work orders to establish priority of work to be completed, dispatching maintenance team to specific work locations.
Operations job duties include support to operations team, coordinate meetings and meeting materials, complete work location audits, assist training department as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Updating and maintaining work orders.
· Tracking technicians and submitting daily tasks.
· Organizing and coordinating vendors
· Ordering equipment, tools, supplies as needed.
· Gathering information to complete monthly reports for maintenance
· Implement software to simplify facilities and asset management.
· Track Liability Insurance on approved vendors.
· Coordinate contractors’ current and upcoming work.
· Communicate with all parties in the event of store closure due to repair
· Distributing all required material to vendors/contractors.
· Assist in operations functions, such as store audits and visits.
· Help in coordination of preventative maintenance and scheduling on all equipment and facilities.
· Maintain costs and log work completed for each location.
· Arrange travel as needed.
Experience
Good verbal and written communications; Excellent phone skills are a must.
Great organizational skills.

Reliable attendance.
Maintenance/Restaurant Equipment knowledge
Purchasing knowledge
Basic computer skills: Outlook; Microsoft Office Suite; Calendar

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
