SmilePro Dental Gallery is Hiring a Dental Office Manager Near Jonesboro, GA

SmilePro Dental Gallery is a privately owned, comprehensive restorative dental practice located in Jonesboro, GA. We are dedicated to partnering with our patients and team to establish healthier habits towards whole body wellness. We strive for a culture that focuses on wellness, growth and respect.

We are seeking an experienced, goal driven, team building, collaborative individual to join our practice as a Dental Office Manager. As part of our team, you are responsible for meeting financial performance and revenue growth goals while managing the operations of the practice and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Establishes systems and processes which result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement. Responsible for practice operations systems and provides support to all functioning areas, including administrative support to the front and back office.

If you are an eager, trustworthy, results-driven Dental Office Manager who excels in:

  • Dental office operations including but not limited to case acceptance, insurance verification, claims management, A/R , A/P, negotiating insurance fees/fee increase, patient records management.
  • Building a strong team that supports a happy doctor and happy, satisfied patients.
  • Being the liaison between the doctor and the team / doctor and the patients
  • Track and measure practice success
  • Ability to manage schedules for optimal productivity and efficiency
  • Supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Understanding all aspects of the business of dentistry
  • Internal marketing practices and external marketing
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including inventory management and maintenance
  • Implement practice management protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with dental office guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care
  • Open approach to learning and implementing growth strategies
  • 3 years of proven dental administrative experience in a private practice (REQUIRED)
  • Associate degree or several years of relevant experience
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of fiscal management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in utilizing Dentrix software for dental office operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of practice management protocols and regulatory requirements for dental offices.
  • MUST HAVE DENTAL MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE.

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

This is a full-time, Monday-Thursday position with patient care from 8am-5pm and 3 Fridays out of the month 8am-3pm. No nights or weekends. Our benefit package includes a competitive wage based upon experience, along with:

  • Salary: $50k-$55k/annually.
  • In house dental benefits (excluding lab fees).
  • 401k retirement benefit at a 4% employer’s match.
  • Paid time off.
  • Paid sick time.
