Exciting Opportunity for a Superstar Patient Care Coordinator at our Upscale Cosmetic Dental Office in Austin!

Who We're Looking For:
Are you an upbeat, high-energy, friendly, intelligent, and hard-working individual ready for an exciting job? We have the perfect role for you! The Patient Care Coordinator position blends Guest Services, Front Desk, and Marketing/Public Relations. While prior retail experience is preferred, it's not required. However, dental knowledge (minimum of 2 years) is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service is a must!
• Answering patient calls
• Responding to new patient emails
• Scheduling new/current patients
• Maintaining a Customer Lead Sheet (training provided)
• Mailing new patient paperwork packets
• Greeting new/current patients
• Offering patient amenities (coffee, cold beverages, etc.)
• Assisting new patients with forms and check-in
• Acting as a liaison between the front and back of the office
• Assisting with marketing projects and special events/public relations
• Sending new patient "Thank You" letters
• Sending "Thank You for Referring to Us" letters

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
