The Role
Smash My Trash is looking for a motivated individual with exceptional sales and operations skills as well as a track record of outstanding achievement to lead our team in the Fort Wayne market.
You Will Be
● Overseeing the daily operations of a Smash My Trash franchise business within a
defined territory
● Operating a Smash Truck to provide service to our customers and overseeing others who do the same.
● Scheduling and coordinating on-site demos (which is the cornerstone of our sales
process), presenting a custom proposal, and managing prospect communication.
● Maintaining CRM records for weekly/monthly sales reports
● Contribute to our promise to help our target customers reduce haul fees and drive
increased profitability
● Enforce company policies
● Employee management including performance reviews and coaching
● Assist with commission reporting and payroll distribution as needed
What We Are Looking For
● Outstanding track record of operational success; experience selling or providing service
to our ideal customer is preferred
● Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, results-driven sales
and customer service culture
● Strong leadership skills and a commitment to winning EVERY DAY
● Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
with prospects, customers, and team members
● Experience with G Suite, Route optimization, and HubSpot preferred
● Experience managing a service driven business preferred
● Basic mechanical and vehicle understanding
