Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. We are a trucking company. You must have a
CDL to be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
- Drive and Operate mobile compaction trucks

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and streamline processes
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support for professional development
- Drive business development efforts to expand market share and increase profitability
- Collaborate with sales teams to align operational strategies with sales objectives
- Engage in strategic planning to set goals, objectives, and KPIs for the operations department

Experience/Requirements

-MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS CDL DRIVING EXPERIENCE

-Mechanical experience is a plus
- Proven experience in managing operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficiency in project management and implementing process enhancements
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization

-Must live within 30 minutes of office work location to be able to respond to emergencies

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
