Smart Honda is Hiring a Service Manager Near White, AR

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Dealership Service Manager to join our team. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor service quality and implement measures to continually improve the department's performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of vehicle service and repair processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up to date with technological advancements in automotive service and repair.
  • Manage department budgets, including labor, parts, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive service and repair processes.
  • Proficient in using dealership management systems and software.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
