What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Director to lead and oversee our Human Resources department. This role will be instrumental in developing HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, managing all HR operations, from recruitment to onboarding and training, and ensuring that we remain compliant with all legal regulations. The successful candidate will help cultivate a supportive work environment where employees are engaged, well-trained, and capable of performing their best.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage all HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee training, performance management, and exit procedures.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly oriented, trained, and equipped with the necessary tools and platforms.
  • Coordinate and facilitate basic training for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff to develop their skills.
  • Foster strong employee relations, addressing employee concerns and grievances to maintain high levels of morale and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage compensation and benefits plans to ensure they are competitive and comply with legal requirements.
  • Implement and update company policies and procedures to promote a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and operations, making data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and other relevant regulations.
  • Work with department managers to assess future hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Director.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and Human Resources best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to navigate complex situations tactfully and diplomatically.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant platforms.
