What we’re looking for….
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Director of Client Relations to take charge of our customer relationships and client services. In this role, the successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with our B2B clients within the financial services sector, ensuring a seamless and beneficial collaboration. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing top-tier customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with key decision makers within our client organizations.
  •  Manage all client accounts, ensuring customer needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to record, update, and track all customer-related data accurately.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the customer and our internal teams, ensuring customer expectations are met consistently.
  • Educate internal departments about customer-specific information to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement client service procedures, policies, and standards for excellent service delivery.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer issues and conflicts in a mutually beneficial manner.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics, using this data to drive service improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure our service offerings align with customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B financial services environment.
  • Expertise in using HubSpot CRM.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail and precision.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize and respond to customer needs.
  • Prior knowledge of ERTC tax credit processing will be an added advantage.
