Smart Document Solutions is seeking an ambitious sales professional who has an advantage in building new business relationships while maintaining top level support for existing clients. If you enjoy working with people, have a desire to help people succeed, and appreciate being compensated through commissions that reward your hard work and efforts, we would like to hear from you. The work hours for this position are shared remotely from home and within the assigned territory.
Requirements for this position:
· Be comfortable and confident being compensated with commissioned sales.
· Be responsible in working independently.
· Experience in copier sales, or other B2B sales.
· Confident with using new technology and learning new solutions.
· High-energy individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills.
· Successful prospecting skills and strategies.
· Strong desire and expectation to WIN, in a competitive field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google and Windows based applications.
· Use of SalesForce or other CRM experience.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Support and training for success
As a member of the Smart Document Solutions sales team, you will receive initial in-house training, followed by Xerox training that includes virtual classes, field time, live prospecting, and self-paced eLearning. A proven ramp-up plan to help you advance in earnings, and a protected territory full of opportunity for success. Receiving personal and valued support from a smaller company allows our staff to feel appreciated and their efforts do not go unnoticed.
Compensation: Base commensurate upon experience and qualification.
· Base plus uncapped commission
· First year average income potential is over $50K, with potential of $150,000 with additional experience.
· Full Benefits including 401K savings plan.
· Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives and bonus plan
· Benchmark Sales Training – Onsite and Xerox Corporate Sales Training
· Ongoing Training to elevate success
· Designated territory with both customer and non-customer accounts to manage.
· Unlimited Sales resources from Xerox for all applications
