Available Shifts:
1:30 pm- 10 PM-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
10pm-8:30am-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
8am-8pm- Saturday and Sunday
8pm- 8:30am- Friday, Saturday and Sunday
The pay rate is based on experience and certifications
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
- Promote independence and community integration for individuals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Document and report any changes in individuals' health or behavior
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for driving individuals to appointments or activities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including nurses and other support staff
