Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Hiring, recruiting, obtaining referrals, staffing
- Scheduling staffing needs and managing call off's
- Handle Billing and Billing Issues
- Answer phones and problem solve
- Work with payroll administrator to process payroll
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and physical documents
- Manage and complete notices from ODJFS
- Update and maintain employee HR files
- Ensure and Maintain Company compliance with various agencies
- Perform Monthly Patient Feedback calls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in HR and Recruiting skills
- Strong front desk skills, including excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is preferred but not required
- Must be a self-starter Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Ability to problem solve, multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
