- $500 Sign On Bonus!- Available for Full-Time Afternoon Shift Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Total Care HPC services. *MUST meet the requirements for HPC Driver status and have reliable transportation to get to and from work and for on-shift community activities. Join our Gold Star, Professional, Fun-filled, Homemaker Personal Care Agency with Integrity! We are seeking those who are professional, flexible, positive, willing to learn, teachable, and coachable. The DSP is responsible for working with individuals who are diagnosed with an Intellectual/Developmental Disability; Complex Health Conditions, and/or Mental Health Disorders. The DSP may assist the individual with various goals and direct care such as bathing, feeding, meal prep, and other duties as assigned. Also, the DSP may provide Transportation in the community, while offering support, guidance, and quality assurance.
