```Job Summary```
As a DSP / Home Health Aide Coordinator, you will provide assistant in the office with getting new claims from DODD & Medicaid as well as assigning staff to new clients, making sure staff training and skills are up to date.

• Assess client needs through in-home visits or phone to develop personalized care plans, ensuring the provision of appropriate services.
• Coordinate and schedule the deployment of staff, matching individuals qualifications and availability with client requirements.
• Facilitate communication between clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet changing needs and preferences.
• Manage the financial aspects of care, including billing, payroll for caregivers, and ensuring services are within budget and client financial capabilities.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of care, including regular evaluation of caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any complaints or issues from clients, their families, or staff, ensuring all parties’ concerns are promptly and effectively managed.
• Develop and maintain community relationships and resources to assist in emergency situations or to enhance the provision of care services beyond the immediate scope of the agency.
