Responsibilities:

- Work closely with patients to aid in scheduling appointments and apply for financing
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with other departments as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes

- Assist with financing applications
- Provide administrative support to the treatment team as needed

Requirements:

-Sales experience
- Previous experience dentistry necessary
- Familiarity with phone systems and dental records management
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Open Dental software

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical cases. You will be working with consultation patients to achieve necessary appointment times and needed financing options. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing dental records, and providing administrative support to the treatment team.
