Job Title: Client Services - Onsite Refresh Technician
Job Type & Location: East Hanover, NJ (On-Site)
Role Purpose:

• Manage Daily Refresh Deployments and peripheral swaps
• Must have solid soft skills and be a good communicator
• Must have valid license, along with the ability to lift 30lbs
• Hours of operation 8:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, monitoring and service of the desktop hardware, software and peripherals
• Troubleshoot (hardware, software, and connectivity)
• Remote Users Support via TEAMS
• Ability to maintain schedule, follow Outlook/SharePoint Calendars
• Attention to detail and ability to follow process
• Asset Management and inventory control
  • Remove old device and return to stock
• Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Other Ad Hoc Activities and Reporting as required

Technical Skills:

• Solid knowledge of Windows Win10
• Full Microsoft Office Suite and Operating Systems: Win10 Word, Excel, Teams Outlook Calendar, Scheduling, and SharePoint
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with strong customer-service orientation
• Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management as well as people skills
