The Casino Scheduler is responsible for assisting the Casino Scheduling Supervisor in all aspects of team member scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts and special events.

• Fully supports the Table Games Department in absence of Scheduling Supervisor.
• Constructs and posts the weekly schedule for team members.
• Assists with scheduling Table Games team members to ensure staffing levels meet business needs during operational hours and special events.
• Communicates received call outs, late arrivals, early leaves, and shift trades.
• Maintains scheduling filing system (paper or electronic).
• Assists with the removal and addition of staff to the department roster based on terminations, leaves of absence and hiring, respectively and generates paperwork for team member actions/changes.
• Schedules breaks in accordance with gaming and state laws.
• Schedules Table Games team members for required department, property, and compliance training.
• Maintains strong working knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming and labor laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of team member personal and professional information.
• Maintains accurate records assists Supervisor with department reports.
• Ensures department delivers and maintains a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction.
• Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.
• Works with safety as a priority and follows department and company safety standards.
• Attends department meetings.
• Must be flexible in scheduling based on business needs.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
• Working knowledge of company internal controls and Policies and Procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; and workforce management/scheduling software.
