Sky River Casino is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near Grove, CA

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting all functions of recruitment including but not limited to interview scheduling, new hire onboarding and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Keeps informed of all new developments within the department.
  • Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines.
  • Practices positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members, guests, and visitors at all times.
  • Manages requisitions, applicant status through the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Responds to applicant inquiries.
  • Provides guidance to applicants and new hires regarding interviews, pre-employment screenings/background, and new hire processes, respectively.
  • Reviews new hire forms for accuracy and completeness and scans, files (e-files) forms appropriately. Conducts file audits for completion.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
  • Assists with the placement of online advertisements and supports recruitment efforts by representing Company at job fairs.
  • Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
  • Supports and actively participates in efforts to define, build, and grow the company culture.
  • Assists in the coordination of employee events that offer opportunities to enhance personal development, contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Compiles/composes content for publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects, and assignments.
  • May be required to work shifts outside of typical work hours to accommodate for special events. These would be communicated to the team member in advance.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Associate degree or above in a related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2 years of HR experience, recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; HRIS, ATS and Benefit portals.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of company internal controls and Policies and Procedures.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws governing recruitment and human resources
