- Keeps informed of all new developments within the department.
- Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines.
- Practices positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members, guests, and visitors at all times.
- Manages requisitions, applicant status through the Applicant Tracking System.
- Responds to applicant inquiries.
- Provides guidance to applicants and new hires regarding interviews, pre-employment screenings/background, and new hire processes, respectively.
- Reviews new hire forms for accuracy and completeness and scans, files (e-files) forms appropriately. Conducts file audits for completion.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
- Assists with the placement of online advertisements and supports recruitment efforts by representing Company at job fairs.
- Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
- Supports and actively participates in efforts to define, build, and grow the company culture.
- Assists in the coordination of employee events that offer opportunities to enhance personal development, contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Compiles/composes content for publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects, and assignments.
- May be required to work shifts outside of typical work hours to accommodate for special events. These would be communicated to the team member in advance.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Associate degree or above in a related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2 years of HR experience, recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; HRIS, ATS and Benefit portals.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of company internal controls and Policies and Procedures.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws governing recruitment and human resources
