In the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data, this is an exciting time to be at SK hynix NAND America - come join our NAND Design Team as a Sr. Staff/Staff Engineer and work on one of the most advanced 3D NAND technology portfolios in the world. SK hynix NAND America is the organization of Design, PE, Cell-Media integration, Pathfinding teams for developing advanced 3D NAND products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering core circuits in advanced 3D NAND flash memory products
  • Participate to develop, modify and evaluate core array architecture
  • Design, implement and improve complex biasing methods and memory algorithm flows like program, erase and read operations
  • Contribute to the development of new product by design and optimization of core circuits including HV row decoder and drivers, page buffer, data latch circuit structures
  • Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of hands on core design experience in NAND flash memory
• Experience in core/analog circuit design, simulation and debugging
• Detailed understanding of circuit layout

Benefits:

• The base salary range for this full-time position is : $126,000 ~ $168,000
• Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
