Job Title : Principal/Sr. Principal Engineer - Analog Design

In the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data, this is an exciting time to be at SK hynix NAND America - come join our NAND Design team as a Principal/Senior Principal Engineer and work on one of the most advanced 3D NAND technology products in the world.
SK hynix NAND Flash memory design is part of SK hynix NAND Development America for developing advanced 3D NAND products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Designing and developing Analog and full chip operation in 3D NAND Flash memory products
• Define analog functional blocks to meet the new design requirement.
• Design and develop Analog circuit design, pump, regulator, LDO, high voltage switch, etc. to meet performance, power consumption, die area, and circuit reliability.
• Full-chip analog operation simulation and verification in program, erase, read, test modes.
• Full-chip periphery floor planning and power, ground network design considering noise and IR drop.
• Cross-functional work and strong team player for project success while designing and resolving issues.
• Mentoring and instructing junior engineers along with ensuring timely product delivery

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of NAND Design experience.
• Hands-on experience in analog circuit design and experience of CMOS reliability issue.
• Experience of signal planning and power planning and IR drop evaluation skill.
• Strong communication skills with ability to convey technical concepts to peers.

Benefits:

• The base salary range for this full-time position is: $182,000 - $257,000.
  • Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, discretionary bonuses and benefits.
