Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of our client’s financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage financial reporting and disclosure requirements, including the preparation of financial statements and footnotes.
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and accounting best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-5 years accounting or booking experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with MIP and AccuFund software a plus
